Additional services such as packing, shuttle services, and specialised moves when requested
Services are provided based on agreed details at the time of booking

Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on information provided by the client
Prices may change if details such as access, volume, or distance differ from what was disclosed
Additional services not included in the original quote may carry extra charges
Quotes are valid for a limited time unless stated otherwise

Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once details and dates are agreed
Changes to booking details must be communicated as early as possible
Availability is subject to confirmation

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about the move
Ensuring clear access at pickup and delivery locations
Securing pets, valuables, and personal items
Disconnecting and reconnecting appliances unless agreed otherwise

Furniture Handling and Preparation
Furniture is wrapped and handled with care
Items must be suitable for transport
Fragile or high-value items must be declared in advance

Insurance
Insurance options are discussed before the move
Coverage applies only to services agreed upon
Clients are encouraged to understand the level of cover before moving day

Delays and Access Issues
Delays caused by access restrictions, traffic, or building rules may affect timing
Additional time or shuttle services may result in extra charges
We are not responsible for delays outside our control

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or date changes should be communicated as early as possible
Late cancellations may result in a fee to cover reserved time and resources

Liability
Reasonable care is taken with all items
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage unless noted
Liability is limited to the terms of the agreed service and insurance cover

Payments
Payment terms are agreed before the move
Payment is due as agreed unless stated otherwise
Late payments may result in delays in service or release of goods

Complaints and Resolution
Any concerns should be raised as soon as possible
We aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly

Changes to These Terms
Terms may be updated from time to time
The latest version will always apply to new bookings
